HELLS THRASH HORSEMEN … Till violence

Excellent start of a young Russian formation living in waters BAY AREA THRASH METAL.VIVA THRASH FIESTA! I as to the adherent of such things very much am imposed by such displays, especially from Russia. I have learned the old fighter of a vault in the name of their vocalist Alexander (ex-CUMDEO) here it wanted to them to show the blood-thirsty vocal. The clockwork and massive music made with soul and by rules of classics of a genre which I think, is not present sense to list. By the way they have devoted a one song in the end of an album – excellent plays a known masterpiece from TESTAMENT. In any piece, each of tracks are learnt so familiar old metal headbangers intonations from “bearded classics”. Definitely simple and pleasant music having to sincere rest and nostalgic reflexions as iron on a boundary of 85-88 years was forged! THRASH INVASION FROM RUSSLAND ON US OLD STYLE! Great feelings

Hell’s Thrash Horsemen was formed back in 2007 by the guitarist Nick Komshukov. The original line-up featured Nick Komshukov (guitar/vocals), Andy Kozhekin (guitar), Yegor Porotikov (bass guitar) and Andy Azarov (drums). Vocalist Alexander Ivanov joined the band in December 2007, and through this line-up the band started rehearsing, under the the mentioned guise.

Few months later, the band prepared their first live set, which consisted the following songs: Beginning Of War, Prologue To Slaughterhouse, Hell’s Thrash Horsemen, Serial Man, and The Preacher (Testament cover version). The band’s debut took place in March 2008 in Smolensk city, followed by several gigs. A bit later, in May 2009, the band made a decision to part with their bass guitarist Yegor Porotikov, who was replaced by Gleb Mikhalchenkov. With the new line-up, the band played few gigs, and finally in September 2008 proceeded to recording their debut album, “…Till Violence”, which included their first compositions.

After that, both guitarist Andy Kozhekin and drummer Andy Azarov left the band for personal reasons. Fedor Masuev has been assigned in as a new drummer, and the band members decided to stay in a quartet. The first album was released on 19 March 2009 under Always At Records. A series of gigs were done in Smolensk and some other Russian cities, which was a moment for the band to introduce their new live set, consisted of both tracks from album and brand new songs never played before. Since December 2009, the band began working on the new songs recorded for the full-length studio album “Going Sane”. This album was released on 6th June 2010, followed by a tour in some other Russian cities.

In August 2010, bassist Gleb Mikhalchenkov left the band, and was replaced by Konstantin Rodin. With this current line-up, Hell’s Thrash Horsemen are going to start their September’s live tour!
